Avlite Appoints Gil Galacho to Business Development Manager, Africa and Europe

Somerville, Victoria, Australia – January 14, 2020 – Avlite Systems today announced the appointment of Mr. Gil Galacho as Business Development Manager for Africa and Europe.

In his new role at Avlite Systems, Gil Galacho will be responsible for new business development and expansion in a number of key areas with a special focus on expanding relationships with new and existing customers.

Gil has over 19 years of experience as a civil engineer and business development manager in the construction sector. He has lived for more than 10 years in Africa working as country manager for the African market. Gil holds a Bachelor’s of Civil Engineer and speaks Portuguese, Spanish, French and English.

[In reference to a visit to the Avlite production facilities] On arrival at Avlite I was greeted by the Sales Manager, and was treated like a VIP.
