Appointment of New Managing Directors

It is now six months since our major announcement regarding the sale of Sealite Pty Ltd, and associated entities Avlite Systems and Star2M Pty Ltd, to SPX Technologies (SPX) (NYSE: SPXC). During this time, our business has focused on the successful integration of Sealite into the SPX AtoN family of businesses which includes Flash Technology and Sabik Marine.
To drive the next phase of growth, we are pleased to announce the following appointments;
- Michael Walker – Managing Director, Australia, Asia-Pacific & Middle East.
- Tara Stewart – Managing Director, Global AGL & Americas Marine.
