Designed to Meet Stringent IP67 Ingress Protection for Survival in Harsh Environments
Avlite’s new light head has a rating of IP67 ensuring that internal electronics are completely sealed and protected from sea spray and dust when installed in the toughest environmental situations.
An IP Rating is an international numerical standard used to classify the degree of protection provided against the intrusion of solid objects, such as dust, and water in electrical enclosures.
Sophisticated Thermal Management for Extended LED Life
The custom designed aluminium extrusion utilised on the light head body is interfaced with a thermal LED substrate to reduce the build up of internal temperatures. This prevents excess heat from LED operation and external temperatures combining to create unwanted stresses on electronic and mechanical components. Less thermal stress equates to product reliability.
Customisable & Adaptable Pole Mount Structure
Due to the many applications of the area light, a flexible approach to mounting can be engineered to suit varied requirements. Lighting can be supplied with special top caps for mounting onto structural piles.
An optional dual arm assembly is also available for Avlite’s Solar LED Area Light to greatly increase the illumination area.
