Avlite Acquires and Commissions Assets of Specialised Tooling Company
By mutual agreement Avlite Systems' parent company, Sealite Pty Ltd, has purchased the assets of Rhur Tooling Pty Ltd who specialise in the design and manufacture of precision made pressure aluminium die-cast and plastic injection moulding tools.
Avlite has a long association with Rhur Tooling who have, for many years, manufactured dies for the lenses and components of our products.
The purchase will bring specific benefits to Avlite including:
• In-house manufacture of dies to complement Avlite’s injection moulding facilities
• Additional skills and expertise associated with complex tool design allowing Avlite to further enhance their ingenuity in being able to provide customers with leading-edge products
• Faster turnaround on new products to greatly increase speed to market
