GECI Provide Avlite Solar Airfield Lighting in Guyana
GECI Espanola S.A. of Spain has received an order to supply Europe Aid with an Avlite solar airfield lighting system for installation in Guyana. The solar airfield lighting system is provided as part of a Europe Aid strategic framework for the co-operation between the European Commission (EC) and Guyana under the 10th European Development Fund (EDF).
The solution for Guyana is comprised of a complete runway setup of Avlite AV420RF solar powered, radio controlled ICAO compliant runway edge lights.
“The AV420RF is the only radio controlled solar runway edge light that can be deployed globally, making them a perfect solution for companies like GECI to offer their international cliental” says representative Chris Zegger-Murphy.
