Avlite Systems Awarded Contract to Light 14 Remote Airfields, Northern Territory
In July, Avlite Systems beat a competitive field to win a government contract to supply over 700 solar LED aviation lights to 14 remote airfields across the Northern Territory, Australia.
Avlite has been supplying airfield lighting into Northern Australia for almost 4 years, and the products are tried and tested against the extreme elements of heat, UV exposure and sandstorms.
As a testament to the company’s manufacturing capabilities, Avlite committed to supplying goods under the contract within 2 weeks of award.
