The AV-15 1 mile LED compact light is exceptional value and incorporates some of the most advanced technology available. In the tradition of Avlite lights, the AV-15 is designed to be maintenance-free and have a service life of over 5 years. This makes the unit ideal for hazard marking, navigation, perimeter lighting and a host of other applications.

Once installed, operation of the SL15 1 mile light requires no operator intervention. There is a choice of 16 factory-set flash characters, and the unit is supplied ready for immediate operation. During daylight hours the solar module will charge the battery, and the light will automatically begin operation at dusk – once the ambient light threshold drops sufficiently. Coupled with LED technology, and a highly efficient DC/DC converter, the lunit may provide over 20 days of continuous operation without sunlight.

The unit is considerably larger than the AV-15B, providing a greater visibility and can be operated in almost any region.
