Internal Sales Position – Tilton, NH, USA
Sealite USA in Tilton, NH, a worldwide leader in marine and aviation aids to navigation, is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic inside sales candidate to grow profitable sales in the Americas region. The position, based in Tilton, NH, will support the Sealite & Avlite business development teams for quotations, tender preparation, orders and lead times for customers. Other responsibilities include contributing to and liaising with other departments in the organization, including offices overseas, to provide excellent customer service:
- A bachelor’s degree, or acceptable combination of education and experience
- Bi-lingual, Spanish & English, with strong verbal and business writing skills.
- Two to three years of direct work experience in sales or telesales capacity including opportunity qualification and account development and a demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, excellent listening skills, ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Interest and ability to quickly understand new technologies
- The ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Experience with customer relationship management software and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Marine or Aviation experience is a plus.
